About Me

Hi, I’m Daniel! I'm an ACE-certified personal trainer who’s been running for over 15 years and lifting for more than a decade. I follow a hybrid-athlete style of training, focusing on both strength and endurance so I can lift heavy, move fast, and feel good doing it.
Beyond performance, I care deeply about recovery, injury prevention, and overall balance. I believe fitness should improve your life, not take from it — which is why I emphasize mobility exercises, functional movements, rest, and nutrition in every plan I build.
My job is to be your guide. As your guide I will provide weekly training routines and structured accountability check-ups. With your help of staying motivated, we will both work as a team to help establish new and healthy habits.
I’ve worked with clients both online and in person, helping them get stronger, move better, and reach goals they once thought were out of reach. Whether you’re starting fresh, coming back from a setback, or chasing a new challenge, I’ll help you train smarter, stay healthy, and feel confident in your progress.
